Please make your booking at least one day before you wish to attend, so that your booking request can be confirmed. We will only contact you if your request is unable to be met and provide you with alternate dates and/or times. A maximum of SIX members in the Frangipani Room or TEN members in the Hibiscus Room (these include the two duty librarians) can attend the rooms for any one session due to Covid-19 safety requirements.
